Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may incur additional shipping fees.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and product.
